With extensive international experience across Australia, Asia, and the Middle East. Kristten brings a strong design sensibility combined with technical rigor, delivering projects from concept through to authority approvals, tender documentation, and construction.
Kristten has led and contributed to a diverse portfolio spanning mixed-use high-rise, multi-residential, aviation, hospitality, commercial, childcare, adaptive re-use, private residential, and heritage conservation projects. Her work includes significant developments such as King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah and numerous large-scale residential and mixed-use projects across Sydney and Southeast Asia.
With a strong understanding of NSW planning frameworks including LEP, DCP, ADG, BCA, Australian Standards, and Livable Housing Guidelines, she ensures that design intent is delivered while meeting regulatory and market requirements. Kristten is highly experienced in Development Applications, S4.55 amendments, Section 34 processes, design competitions, and construction documentation.
Recognised for her leadership and efficiency-driven approach, she has implemented drawing standards and design management systems that improved workflow and delivery outcomes within practice environments. She is confident in client liaison, consultant coordination, council negotiations, and team supervision.
Kristten holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Diploma in Project Management, combining creative design thinking with structured project delivery expertise.
