Vlad has over three decades of experience across a broad range of project typologies, spanning both design and construction phases. His portfolio includes township masterplans, large-scale residential and mixed-use towers, shopping centres, office buildings, five-star hotels, and major transport infrastructure such as railway stations and airports. He has also delivered industrial facilities, aged care developments, schools, and boutique residential projects.

A Registered Architect and Design Practitioner, Vlad specialises in guiding projects from concept design through to comprehensive construction documentation and overseeing construction delivery. His strong attention to detail ensures thoughtful, well-resolved outcomes that address buildings holistically and efficiently.
