EVALINE ST, CAMPSIE
Beyond its strategic location, Evaline St is driven by a strong focus on public life and placemaking. Conceived as a new civic address for Campsie, the development uses its prominent corner position to mark arrival into the town centre, with architecture that signals openness, activity, and connection rather than a singular built mass.

Shaping a New GATEWAY
The site’s natural fall has been embraced as a design opportunity, allowing the project to unfold vertically and spatially. This approach creates a sequence of connected public and commercial spaces—from street level through to lower-ground retail—linked by a generous plaza that draws people into the heart of the site. The plaza acts as both a social anchor and a connector, enhancing pedestrian movement along Rudd Parade and through the broader Campsie Town Centre – South Precinct.
A layered approach to scale and form allows the development to address its urban and residential edges differently—presenting a more expressive, active frontage to the town centre while stepping down toward the quieter neighbourhoods. Strong solar access, visual permeability, and fine-grain activation support a safe, lively environment throughout the day.
Together, these moves transform the site into more than a mixed-use development: they establish a welcoming gateway and a people-focused destination that contributes lasting public value to Campsie’s evolving town centre.
