29 apartments are designed within a gradually stepping allotment to create a building with a modern warm tone and clean aesthetic. 

Highly articulated facades incorporate carefully-designed building elements such as fluted precast concrete upturn paired with clear glass balustrade, metal bronze finishes to the recessive elements and 3 storey high brick curved blade walls presenting solidity and structure to clearly defined the separate building entities such as building entry, open corridors, residential units and communal open spaces.

Due to the natural ground sloping down from the western corner towards the South-West corner of the site over approximately 3.6m in height, the landform allows the proposed development to split the building level as a massing strategy, creating a transition as a stepped built-form across the site.

CROWNED WITH BRONZE

Upper level penthouse apartments are crowned with a bronze-toned metal cladding to create a material contrast with strategic recessions in the façade design give the appearance of two separate buildings. 

This and the interplay of blade wall heights, open and enclosed balconies all combine to effectively reduce scale height and mass when perceived from street level.

The majority of existing trees within boundary interface to preserve privacy between neighbors and maintains existing tree canopy of the area. The courtyard apartments benefit from perimeter planting which help the development merge with its landscaped surroundings and improve amenity/outlook for future occupants. The aim to improve the presence of trees and canopy cover and retains large portion of natural landscape on the boundary to foster the natural water flow during rain events.
