MOSMAN BAY COLLECTION

The collection of 5 harbourfront penthouses inspired by Mosman Bay's rich history and neighbouring Federation era homes. The predominant character of hip and gable roofs along the streetscape has been incorporated in the single storey facade on Lower Boyle Street.

Our team carefully considered all elements to ensure the continuity of the historical character of the area, yet incorporating a contemporary design and material selection. It is this balanced palette of materials and well-proportioned building from that will ensure a sophisticated integration of the building into the existing context.

All apartments house generous balconies positioned to flow from primary living spaces and take advantage of orientation and foreshore outlook. Colour and material selections have been made to create a seamless integration of indoor-outdoor living.

Historical character, contemporary design and sophisticated integration

The rear elevation facing Mosman Bay presents as a tiered 3-storey with the lowest parking level nestled into the existing typography. This enables the development to mimic the proportion and breaks of the surrounding context.

The elevations have been designed to respond to the local context, focusing on the dominate views available towards the foreshore.

BALANCED PALETTE OF MATERIALS

Limestone, marble, timber, black and bronze accents, considered lines and artisan details chosen for their trueness to place and ability to catch the distinctive Sydney Harbour light.

Free-flowing kitchens, a luxury wine bar, pantry and artisan detailing are designed for enduring elegance and everyday appeal. Rich expanses of fluted and slab marble make a statement, while classic contemporary styling shapes an idyllic coastal canvas.
