VUE
Cronulla, derived from an Aboriginal word kurranulla meaning 'place of pink seashells' is located on the Bate Bay coastline in Sydney's south, with the site located at the narrowest point of the peninsula. Two 8-storey towers connected by a double-storey podium, consisting of 112 designer dwellings with 6 penthouses, 51x 3 bedroom apartments, 30x 2 bedroom apartments and 25x 1 bedroom apartments, wellness facilities, swimming pool and a curated selection of retailers including Harris Farm Markets, and a boutique wine cellar.
The Public Domain Master Plan pictures Kingsway as a 'green gateway and revitilised waterfront space'. The plan puts forward the idea of Kingsway being a green gateway that links the town centre to the beach to promote safety and enhance the public experience.
